Dr. Bergeron currently serves on the faculty of the HST Division of Harvard Medical School and MIT. He is an acknowledged technology guru, and has authored numerous books in the fields of medicine, computers, biotechnology, and business. Dr. Bergeron is a recognized expert in technology applications in healthcare, defense and homeland security.
Mukund Chorghade, PhD
Dr. Chorghade is President, CSO & CTO of Thinq Pharma, a contract research organization. As an expert in drug discovery and chemistry, he is often invited to consult with major American and European pharmaceutical companies. Prior to Thinq Pharma, Dr. Chorghade was Vice President, Pharmaceutical Development Sciences, and a member of the Corporate Steering Committee at Genzyme Corporation. He previously held senior management positions at Cytomed and Abbott Laboratories.
Murali Jasti, MD
Dr Jasti was a founder of Maxx Orthopedics a global medical device company which makes hip and knee replacement implants which has been acquired by Bhilakia Holdings. Prior to this, he was an Associate Professor in Orthopedic surgery at Harvard Medical School, and a surgeon at Massachusetts General Hospital for 25 years. He published over 130 journal articles and 17 book chapters. He has developed hip and knee implants for several major orthopedic device companies. He also co-invented cross-linked UHMWPE plastic which markedly extends the longevity of joint replacements and which is now used in the majority of the procedures worldwide. As an entrepreneur outside the life sciences domain, Dr Jasti had also founded Elive Communications, which developed CRM and IP telephony software and was acquired by Phoneme, UK.
Veronica Jordan, PhD
Dr. Jordan is a highly recognized expert, advisor and consultant in the area of clinical research. Most recently she served as president, chief executive officer and board director of Medelle Corporation, a medical device company dedicated to the treatment of infertility. Prior to joining Medelle, Dr. Jordan was a member of founding management team and Officer of Parexel International, a global CRO. She has also served on the board of Albany Molecular Research since 2006.
John Newell
Mr. Newell is a consultant with in-depth expertise in bio-statistical analysis and design of clinical, animal and biochemical/molecular studies. He co-authored over 100 clinical studies while working at Massachusetts General Hospital where he provided expertise as a biostatistical analyst for the Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery divisions. His extensive experience includes analysis and documentation for FDA submissions.
Pam Randhawa
Ms. Randhawa draws from over 12 years of experience in the health care and pharmaceutical industries. As Vice President of Strategic Development at Sermo Inc., she capitalizes on her expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and product management to drive clinical development product evolution and new business initiatives. Before joining Sermo, Ms. Randhawa held senior management roles at Phase Forward, InfoMedics and McKesson Corporation. Earlier, Ms. Randhawa consulted for the State of Mississippi’s Medicaid population and the State of Ohio, Department of Health.
Steve Raymond, PhD
Dr. Raymond is Co-Founder, Chief Scientific Officer, and Quality Officer at PHT Corporation. He is a highly respected expert in scientific, regulatory, quality and information management, with a vision of transforming clinical research through innovative technology. Dr. Raymond is a scientist in neurophysiology and anesthesia with academic and commercial experience in electrical engineering. He formerly served as a faculty member in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
David Schoenfeld, PhD
Prof. Schoenfeld is Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and Director of MGH Biostatistics Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. He oversees the Statistics Program as part of the Administrative Core of the center. Dr. Schoenfeld helps prospective P/F applicants and center investigators with study design and data analysis. Dr. Schoenfeld previously served as co-founder of Boston Biostatistics, now part of Averion, a global full-service contract research organization.
