Christian Connors, Co-founder, President & CEO
As the CEO of CIDS, Mr Connors directs the efforts to commercialize this technology to the US Government agencies. Mr Connors lead the commercialization of DARPA’s Boomerang Shooter Detection System for BBN Technologies which has accounted for over 6500 systems being fielded over the last four years and created revenue of over $150 Million for BBN. Mr Connors also lead the commercialization of Counter IED RF Systems for Aethercomm which has grown from $2 million to over $130 million/year since 2004. Additionally, Mr Connors marketing company, LJC creates over $60 million/year of sales from US DoD Prime Contractors. Mr Connors sits on the Board of several DoD Prime Contractors and invests in game changing technologies for the DoD Marketplace.
Shashi Kant, Co-founder, CSO
Mr. Shashi Kant, Chief Scientific Officer of CIDS is responsible for co-ordinating and managing CIDS’s research. He is the lead inventor for the CIDS technology and is an expert in semantic analysis, has multiple issued and pending patents in the domain. Shashi has Master's degrees in Systems Engineering and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and MIT's Sloan School of Management. He holds an undergraduate degree in engineering and was an ASP Fellow at MIT. His research focuses on semantic technologies,machine learning and algorithms using a combination of Ontological and Emergent approaches - such as evolutionary computing and swarm algorithms.
Michael Donaghey, VP Sales & Business Development
Mr. Donaghey leads the business development of CIDS products and customized solutions for defense & intelligence domain.He is a Senior level Sales, Marketing, and Business Development leader with a 20 year record of delivering products and services across the government and commercial sectors, developed high performing teams, provided strategic insight, and executed measurable activities that drive on time deliverables within time and budget. He has a proven ability to develop a high set of standards with a commitment to the customers goals and objectives. His accomplishments also include negotiating and launching numerous new business units within the United States
Martin Willis-Jackson, CFO
A Chartered Accountant (The U.K. designation of a CPA), Martin is originally from a "Big Four" background, who gravitated to commerce after serving with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Bermuda. Martin is an experienced financial director and manager, with expertise in financial and statutory accounting, auditing and regulatory reporting, budget forecasting and control, and investment and technical accounting. He has an extensive track record managing corporate financial transactions both domestically and internationally including acquisitions, mergers, liquidations, and setting up or selling subsidiaries. Martin’s experience includes all aspects of Corporate Governance, including serving on or reporting to boards of directors and sub committees including Audit, Investment, Budget and Corporate Governance. He is familiar with issues created by implementation of Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
